What I’ve seen from some people who have used other agencies in the past, are reports containing pages of figures and percentages. I understood them, but I’m a freelance digital marketing consultant and it’s my job to understand things like bounce rates and impressions. 

I don’t use a report generated by marketing software and re-labelled to look like it’s been lovingly put together for the client.
